Refund Request Form

NOTICE: This form will close on August 7th, 2020 at 5:00pm Central Time.

Per our terms and conditions, all funds are as a donation to support Mingo Amigos and the Swag received is our gift to you for the financial support, however we would like to open up a limited time donation refund request. These will be honored based on (#1) first come and (#2) ability to match your order with a similar new order in the system. We are unable to guarantee you any refunds, however we will continue to attempt to fulfill your refund request until March 26th, 2021. If your order is unable to be refunded you will need to proceed as previously planned with requesting someone else to pick it up at the event or shipping after the event.

Question: “ability to match your order with a similar new order in the system”, what does this mean?

Answer: Your order has 1 Large Bundle & 1 extra Event Geocoin. When a NEW order comes in from someone with the same swag, we will apply your reserved products to this new order and refund you.

All swag, product, and product bundles are optional. All items are for pickup at the event. Shipping options will be made available after the event. A form will be made available 30 days before the event should you need to have someone else pick it up for you. If your items are not picked up at the event, we will provide another form for 30 days after the event to request shipment of your items at standard shipping rates. The event operates as a, not for profit, and as such all funds are invested into the event. Your money is a donation to the event and is non-refundable after 14 days of the donation.

Note about Form: Incorrect information will cause the form to be automatically discarded after submitting to avoid internet spam.
